Looks like small business owners are a fine and happy bunch according to a recent Manta.com poll. And this group also isn't willing to give up too much in the way of vices in the new year. Not only are small business owners feeling good, but 2014 was a really successful year for over two-thirds of those surveyed. So, a word to the wise—if you're working insane hours, forgetting to take lunch and haven't seen your friends in months—balance. Maintain a good balance for better productivity and commitment to your dream.
